Damages and Concerns
Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt for any defects, damages, or if you have received an incorrect item. We require a video of the unboxing process and accompanying pictures, to aid our assessment.
In the event of any issue, please mail us at info@wel-ark.com or call us on 9540997882 . This will enable us to promptly address the issue and rectify it.
Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for items that are on sale or for gift cards.
Exchange
In the event of damaged products, we will initiate an exchange after conducting a thorough investigation.
Return
For returning your item, you are responsible for covering the associated shipping costs. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), you are responsible for shipping the order and bearing the shipping costs.
Any disputes regarding your order should be raised within 24 hours of its delivery.
