2. Refunds

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
3. Exchanges

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
