Refund and Returns Policy
At Wel-Ark, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, weβre here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in the original packaging.
- Have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
Non-returnable items include:
Opened or used products, health and hygiene-sensitive items (capsules, powders, supplements) once opened, and items marked as “Final Sale”.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Exchanges & Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please report damaged items with photos within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@wel-ark.com.
4. How to Start a Return
Email us at info@wel-ark.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and clear images of the product.
